US Election Live: Trump Leads in Key Swing States as Tensions Rise
As the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election approaches, worries are rising about how Donald Trump might respond if he loses to Kamala Harris.
The survey included nearly 2,500 likely voters, mostly identifying as female.
As the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election nears, attention is on the key swing states that often determine the outcome.
A recent AtlasIntel poll indicates that former President Donald Trump is favored in all seven swing states before the November 5 voting.
The poll shows that about 49% of respondents plan to vote for Trump. This gives Republicans a 1.8% lead over Democratic opponent Kamala Harris.
The survey included nearly 2,500 likely voters, mostly identifying as female.
On the final Sunday before the election, Kamala Harris spoke to a congregation in Michigan.
She highlighted America’s “divine plan” to heal divisions. In contrast, Trump delivered a fiery speech filled with profanities and conspiracy theories. He suggested violence against reporters and labeled Democrats as “demonic.”
Harris emphasised that the election is an opportunity for voters to reject “chaos, fear, and hate.”
Trump, however, reiterated unsubstantiated claims of voter fraud. He attempted to undermine confidence in the electoral process and claimed the country is declining without his leadership.
Concerns are growing about how Trump might react if he loses to Harris. He claims that any defeat would be due to election fraud, like he did in the 2020 election.
At his rallies, Trump tells supporters to aim for a “victory too big to rig.”
He suggests that cheating is the only way he could lose and often avoids questions about accepting the election results.
